About Center of Excellence
The Center of Excellence provides care management and recovery support services to help individuals struggling with opioid use disorder gain access to treatment, resources, community networking, and life/recovery skills. We provide individual recovery planning with a person-centered approach.
C.O.E. care managers and Certified Recovery Specialists can help those needing support with: transportation, housing, physical health, emotional/mental health, family/relationships, children, legal, education/vocation, life skills, financial management, social supports, employment, recovery maintenance and food/clothing. Certified Recovery Specialist
The role of a Certified Recovery Specialist is to serve as a role model, mentor, advocate, and motivator to recovering individuals to help prevent relapse and promote long-term recovery. The Recovery Specialist demonstrates an ability to share personal recovery experiences and to develop authentic peer-to-peer relationships.
